Two 1-day workshops will be held at Telegraph Hill on Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th of January. The workshops are designed to give participants the skills, confidence and appetite to make cheese in their own kitchen. The Saturday session focuses on making Brie while Sunday teaches participants how to make a delicious creamy Blue. Both days will also cover making Ricotta, Quark and Greek-style Yoghurt.
